  IN response to the negative review. This business has always had a really good reputation here. The owners are caring and professional. When my father passed, they handled the cremation with care and the service was exemplary. It was a really hard time and their professionalism showed at every turn. We could not have made it through without their guidance. Now as the owner of a flower shop I can say that I am there often delivering for many services. While this might sound like a bias, I can assure you that it is not. They are friendly, and well organized. They are not paying me for this review. It was written because I cannot let one comment ruin their reputation in town.

  Memorial Chapels and Crematory desecrated my daughters remains. When we finally received her ashes, after her absent "father" had hijacked her body from Mid-America Transplant and secretly arranged for her cremation through Teague & Sons of Newburg and then refused to give us half, we were horrified to find huge bone fragments remaining in her ashes. Do not trust this business with properly handling the cremation of your loved one! It is only through negligence or disrespect that this could have occurred, both being unacceptable ways of dealing with the deceased body of my baby.
